FILLING:
2 C. Fresh Pears chopped 1 T. Flour
1/2 C. Sugar 1 tsp. Vanilla
1 Egg, beaten 1/8 tsp. sSlt
1 C. Sour Cream 1 unbaked Pie Crust

CRUMBLE TOPPING:
2/3 C. Flour 1/4 C. Butter
1/3 C. Sugar Cut butter into flour and sugar until crumbly.

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350.
Combine sugar, egg, sour cream, flour, vanilla and
salt, mix well. Stir in pears. Pour into pie shell. Bake @ 350 for 15 minutes. After pie has baked for 15 minutes, sprinkle topping over pie. Bake for another 30 minutes or until pie is golden brown.
