3 slices bacon
1/4 c. chopped onion
2 T. flour
2 c. diced tomatoes
1/4 c. green pepper, diced
2 c. whole kernel corn
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. ground black pepper
1/2 tsp. sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Fry bacon until crisp and remove from pan. Crumble bacon into small pieces. Pour off all but 2 tablespoons of bacon fat. Add the onion to the skillet and brown lightly. Blend in flour and stir well. Add tomatoes, green pepper, and corn. Blend in the salt, pepper and sugar. Pour the vegetable mix into a buttered casserole dish. Bake for 15 minutes
at 400. Sprinkle bacon pieces on top and serve.
