1 1/2 lb. lean ground beef
1 lg. onion, chopped
1 clove garlic, minced
2 c. diced tomatoes with chilis
2 c. golden whole kernel corn
salt and pepper to taste
1 1/2 c. grated sharp cheddar

Directions:
Directions:
In a large skillet brown the ground beef with the onions, tomatoes, and garlic until the meat is no longer pink. Drain. Add the remaining ingredients except for the cheese and bake at 350 for 30 minutes. Sprinkle with cheese and bake 15 minutes longer. Serve immediately.
