4 c. cooked macaroni, drained
2 2/3 c. cheddar cheese, shredded
3 eggs, beaten
1/2 c. sour cream
4 T. butter, sliced
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. milk

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 . Once you have pasta cooked, drain very well. Place the sour cream, butter, salt, milk, and eggs in a large bowl and mix well. Add cheese and mix well again. Finally pour the mixture over the macaroni and stir gently. Pour into a buttered casserole dish and bake for 30-45 minutes. Top with additional 2/3 cup of shredded cheese and return to oven and cook for 7 minutes. Serve.
