3 lbs. lean ground beef
2 med. onions, chopped
2 stalks celery, chopped
2 tsp. beef bouillon
1 1/2 tsp. salt
2/3 c. boiling water
1/2 lb. bacon slices, cooked and crumbled
2 lg. cans baked beans
1/4 c. molasses
1 1/2 c. ketchup
1/4 c. mustard
3 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 tsp. crushed red pepper

Directions:
Directions:
In a 6 quart dutch oven over medium heat cook the ground beef, onions, celery, and red pepper until the meat is no longer pink. Drain. Dissolve bouillion into water and stir into beef mixture. Add remaining ingredients and mix well. Cover and cook over low heat for 35 minutes. Stir and top with shredded cheese if desired.
