1 1/4 c. sugar
1 1/4 c. brown sugar, packed
1/2 c. light corn syrup
2/3 c. water
1 tbsp. butter
3 1/2 quarts popped corn
1 1/4 tsp. salt

Directions:
Directions:
Put sugar, brown sugar, syrup and water in a saucepan. Sir until sugar is dissloved. Add butter and continue cooking, without stirring until temperature reaches 240 F. and reached the softball stage on candy thermometer, or until mixture forms a softball when tested in a glass of cold water.

Put popped corn in a large bowl and sprinkle with salt. Pour the hot syrup mixture over it and mix thoroughly. Shape into small balls, and wrap in wax paper.
