3-4 c. cooked chicken, cut up in small pieces
1 1/2 c. cubed or shredded cheddar cheese
1 large onion, chopped
4 c. chicken broth
2 eggs, well beaten
1 can cream of mushroom soup
6 c. Ritz Cracker crumbs
1 Tbsp. butter or margarine

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350. Mix together chicken, cheese, onion, broth, eggs, and cream of mushroom soup. In a 9 x 13 inch casserole dish, cover bottom with 1/2 of cracker crumbs. Pour mixture over crumbs. Then put remainder of crumbs on top. Put dots of butter on top. Bake for 1 hour uncovered.
