1 lb. hamburger
1/2 onion, chopped
1, 26-oz. jar spaghetti sauce
2 tsp. Italian seasoning
1, 8-oz cream cheese*
2 c. cottage cheese*
1/2 c. sour cream*
1, 16-oz. box of spaghetti
1/3 c. bread crumbs or crackers
1/2 c. parmesan cheese

*Fat free can be used to lower calories

Saute meat and onions. Add spaghetti sauce and seasoning. Combine cream cheese, cottage cheese, and sour cream, mix well.

Cook spaghetti according to package directions.

Spray a 3 qt. casserole dish with cooking spray. Layer 1/2 of the spaghetti on bottom of dish. Spoon cheese mixture on top of spaghetti. Layer remaining spaghetti on top of cheese. Spread meat mixture on top of second layer.

Mix crumbs and parmesan cheese, sprinkle on top. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes or until bubbly and heated through.
