3 IBS FISH, MEAT AND STOCK FISH
1 MEDIUM ONIONS
2 BOUILLON CUBES
SALT AND PEPPER TO TASTE
1IB SPINACH
2 TABLESPOON PALM OILŠ

Directions:
1. SEASON MEAT WITH ONIONS SALT, AND ACCENT AND BRING TO BOIL. SIMMER MEAT FOR 20 MINUTES. 2.CHOP OKRA AND ADD TO THE MEAT, STIRRING FOR ABOUT 10 MINUTES AND THE PALM OIL AND COOK FOR 5 MINUTES. SERVE WITH GARRI OR FUFU OR CORN MEAL.
