3 large Beef Eater tomatoes, blanched and peeled
2 to 3 cucumbers
2 green onions, chopped
1 tsp. oregano
1/4 cup olive oil
juice of 1 small lemon
salt and pepper to taste
Feta cheese, crumbled. to garnish

Directions:
Directions:
Cut tomatoes into wedges. Cut cucumbers into thin slices, add onions, oregano, oil, lemon juice, salt and pepper. Toss and garnish with feta.
