2 to 3 lbs cubes lamb shoulder or butt, trimmed
Souvlaki Seasoning (see misc.)
Fresh lemon juice

Directions:
Directions:
Cube meat into 1 inch pieces. Skewer 5 to 6 pieces on a bamboo stick. Sprinkle with lemon juice and Souvlaki Seasoning on both sides. Cover and marinate in refrigerator to 2 to 3 hours or overnight. Grill on barbeque grill or under broiler, browning well. Place on serving platter and squeeze fresh lemon juice over Souvlaki. Serve with crusty bread, Rice Pilaf and Greek Cucumber-Tomato Salad.
