4 eggs
1 1/2 c sugar
2 1/2 c flour
2 t salt
2 t soda
1 1/2 c quick oats
2 1/2 c (20 oz) crushed pineapple, undrained
3 c (10 oz) flaked coconut

Directions:
Directions:
Combine eggs and sugar and beat until light (about 2 minutes). Sift floour, salt and soda. Add to egg mixture and blend until smooth (about 2 minutes longer). Add remianing ingredients and mix very well. Spoon into two greased and floured 9x5 inch loaf pans. Bake at 325 for one hour. Remove from pan immediately and serve warm or cold.
