1 c. soy sauce
1 c. brown sugar
3/4 c. water or white wine
1 tsp. dry mustard
1 cube melted butter
3 lb. chicken wings (drumettes)

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients and pour over wings. Marinate 1 day or overnight. Arrange in 9x13 dish or pan. Bake 1 hour or longer at 350 (I used white wine and baked about 2-1/2 hours - makes richer & thicker sauce).

I bought whole wings and used drumstick and second joints portion - not small pointed end.
