10 boneless skinless chicken breasts
2 cubes butter (not margarine)
2 C honey
1/4 C fresh lemon juice
1/2 C pecans
Salt and Pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Brown chicken breasts. Sprinkle with Salt and pepper. Pour honey into large pot. Let reduce on low heat for 20-30 minutes. Add butter. Continue to reduce for 15 minutes stirring occasionally. Add pecans and lemon juice. Pour over chicken. Do not cover. Bake 30-45 minutes at 325. Serve with Lemon Garnish
