3 c. cooked, mashed sweet potatoes
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 tsp salt
2 eggs, beaten
2 T. butter
1 tsp vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients and put in a greased 2 quart baking dish. Top with nut topping. Bake 350 for 35 minutes.

Nut Topping:
2 T. butter
1/4 c. brown sugar
1/4 c flour
1/4 c. chopped nuts
Cut butter into sugar with knives or pastry blender. Add flour and nuts. Sprinkle over potatoes
