Make custard of:
5 egg yolks
1 c. sugar or light syrup
3 T. flour, rounded
Pinch of salt
Vanilla
3 c. milk

Directions:
Directions:
Roll 18 graham crackers and mix with 1/4 c. brown
sugar. Save 1/4 c. crumbs and mix remainder of
crumbs with 1/2 c. melted butter in bottom of baking dish. Pour in custard and top with 5 egg whites beaten. Sprinkle 1/4 c. crumbs over top and brown.
