1 1/2 cups butter
3 cups sugar
5 eggs
3 cups of flour (sifted)
2 tbsp lemon extract
3/4 cup 7-up


Cream Cheese Frosting:
1 3 oz. package of Philadelphia cream cheese
2 tbsp. of soft butter
2-3 tsp. lemon extract
1 1/2 cups powdered sugar
1/4 tsp of mace

Directions:
Directions:
Cream sugar and butter together then add eggs one at a time while still mixing. Continue mixing and add flour, 7-up and lemon extract. Place in a cold oven, bake at 325 for 1 hour and 15 minutes.

Top with Cream Cheese Frosting!
Cream the cream cheese, butter and sugar together. Add lemon extract and mace. Mix well.
