1 can Cream of Mushroom - (progresso GF)
1 can evaporated milk
1/2 c. green chile, chopped
8 oz. velveta cheese
18 corn tortillas
2 lbs. meat (hamburger, chicken)-cooked
2 lbs cheddar cheese-shreeded

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350.
Melt in sauce pan over medium heat cream of mushroom, evaporated milk, velveta cheese. Be careful or it will burn. Stir frequently. Add in green chile.
Layer tortillas, meat, cheddar cheese, and cheese sauce in 9x13 pan. Top with cheddar cheese.
Bake about 30 minutes or until bubbles.
