1 lb.ground beef
1/3 c. finely chopped onion
1 can (15 oz) tomato sauce
1/4 c. water
3 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese, divided
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/2 c. uncooked instant rice
4 medium green peppers

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350.

Brown beef and onion, drain.
Stir in tomato sauce, water, 1 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper. Stir in rice. Remove tops and seeds from peppers; cut in half lengthwise. Stuff with meat mixture. Place in ungreased 13 x 9 x 2 inch baking dish or pan. Sprinkle with remaining cheese.
Bake until peppers are tender.
