1 lb. ground beef
1 Tbsp. minced onion
1/2 c. minute rice
1/2 tsp. salt
1 egg, beaten

1 (10 3/4 oz.) can Campbells Tomato Soup
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 can of water

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350. Combine meat, onion, rice, salt and beaten egg. Mix well. Form into balls.
Brown meatballs in 1 Tbsp. shortening. Place in a deep baking dish. Combine tomato soup, water, and Worcestershire sauce. Pour mixture over meatballs. Cover dish and bake for 1 hour.
Serve hot and pour the tomato sauce over the meatballs.
