spaghetti, cooked, drained (enough for 4 people)
(can be leftover)
2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
2 eggs, beaten
2 Tbsp. milk
1 c. grated Velveeta Cheese (or your choice of good melting cheese)

If you increase the amount of spaghetti, you will need to increase the quantities of the other ingredients also.

Directions:
If starting with uncooked spaghetti, follow directions for cooking spaghetti on the package.
Melt butter/margarine in a skillet. Add cooked spaghetti.
Mix beaten eggs with milk. Add this mixture to speghetti.
Stir until egg mixture seems to appear to be cooked.
Add grated cheese. (you may use more or less to taste. If you use too much cheese, the cheese spaghetti will be gooey and hard to dish out).
Cook until cheese is melted.
