French Toast Recipe

1 loaf of bread
3 eggs
1/2 c. milk
canola oil/margarine (for frying)

Directions:
Directions:
Prepare skillet by putting oil/margarine (enough for frying).
Beat eggs and milk together. Place 1 slice bread in mixture at a time and place in skillet. Fry each slice of bread on both sides until golden brown.
Let cool. Divide enough French toast slices you may use per serving and place in freezer bag or container and freeze. When ready to use, place on microwave dish, pour desired amount of syrup on, and microwave for about 30 seconds or until heated though.
