3 C. Sweet Potatoes, mashed 1 T. Vanilla
(about 4 lrg. potatoes) 2 C. Brown Sugar
1/3 C. Margarine 2 sticks Butter, melted
2 Eggs 1 C. Self-Rising Flour
1 C. Sugar 2 C. Pecans

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together potatoes, margarine, eggs, sugar, and vanilla till smooth. Put in casserole dish. Mix together remaining ingredients and spread on top of sweet potato mixture. Bake at 325 for 35-40 minutes.
