1/2 c Butter or Margarine
1 c Flour
1 c Chopped Walnuts
8 oz pkg Cream Cheese
1/2 c Powdered Sugar
1 20 oz carton Cool Whip
1 lrg pkg Chocolate Pudding
2 1/2 c Milk

Melt margarine
Add flour and 3/4 c walnuts
Press into 9x13 in pan
Bake for 15 minutes at 350
Let cool
Blend together cream cheese. powdered sugar and 1 1/2 c Cool Whip
Spread over cooled crust
Beat together chocolate pudding mix and milk
Pour over cream cheese layer
Spread on Cool Whip and sprinkle with remaining walnuts
