c butter
c honey
c Dijon mustard
tsp salt
tsp pepper
24 large mushrooms
1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts cut into 1/ inch pieces
24 pineapple chunks
24 chunks white onion

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter in a small saucepan
Whisk in the honey, mustard, salt and pepper
Thread long metal skewers with mushrooms, chicken, onion and pineapple
Brush kabobs generously with sauce
Grill 6 inches above medium, indirect, heat for about 15 to 20 minutes
Turn once and baste frequently with sauce
Serve with remaining sauce on the side to be spooned over kabobs as desired
