1/2 c butter
8 oz sour cream
8 oz heavy whipping cream
1 c parmesan cheese
3 fresh finely chopped garlic cloves

Directions:
Directions:
In a medium sized sauce pan slowly melt butter over low heat (Do not let it burn)
While butter is melting, add garlic
Once butter is melted, add sour cream and let that melt, stirring constantly
Once sour cream is melted,add whipping cream
Simmer on low heat stirring constantly until warm
Pour over pasta of choice
Add parmesean cheese
Serve

This sauce is probably the best cream sauce I've ever had and it's very versatile. It can be used with whatever type of pasta you like. I like it with Ravioli or Tortellini.
