5 c Flour
1 tsp Baking Soda
1 tsp White Pepper
1 tsp Sugar
2 tsp Salt
1 c Buttermilk
1 c Water
Olive Oil Cooking Spray

Roma Tomatoes, sliced
Fresh Basil, finely chopped
Campazola Cheese, cut into cubes

****Note you can use any toppings you want

Mix together all the bread ingredients in a large bowl
Knead until smooth
Divide portion in half
Roll out the bread dough into a rectangle shape
Spray with Olive Oil
Preheat grill on high
When grill is hot turn to low
Put dough, olive oil side down on the grill and cook for a few minutes until he bottom is no longer doughy
Spray the top side with olive oil and flip it over to cook the top side
When the top side is firm add the toppings
Cook until cheese is melted
Repeat process for other half of bread dough
Cut and serve

This recipe is absoutely amazing, the crust on the grill is fabulous and it's so easy to customize these little pizza's to each person's liking. It's also a great thing to do with kids, they LOVE making their own pizza.
