2 lbs. chop suey meat

Brown in roaster. Add some soy sauce while browning and salt and pepper. Add enough water to cover meat and simmer until tender.

Add 2 cups chopped celery and 1 chopped onion.
Add 1 can bean sprouts and 1 can fancy vegetables.
Simmer until celery is done. You might need to add more soy sauce.

Thicken with corn starch. Add 1 or 2 Tbsp. of brown sugar.
