4 c. cook chicken cubed
1 c. walnuts, toasted and chopped
1 celery rib, chopped
2 T. shallot, finely chopped
2 c. halved red grapes
3/4 c. mayonnaise
3 T. vinegar
2 T. fresh tarragon, chopped
1/2 t. salt
1/2 t. black pepper

Combine first 5 ingredients. Whisk last 5 together in different bowl and pour over first five and combine.
