2 acorn squash (1 to 1 1/2 lbs. each)
4 Tbsp. maple flavored or maple syrup
4 Tbsp. cream

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350.

Cut squash into halves; remove seeds and fibers. Place squash cut sides up in an ungreased baking pan. Spoon 1 Tbsp. maple flavor/maple syrup and 1 Tbsp. cream into each half.

Cook uncovered until tender, about 1 hour.
