1 lb. hamburger
(Brown w/chopped onion, salt, pepper, to taste)
may need a little more salt later for taste.
I drain my hamburger meat.

1 lrg. can of stewed tomatoes
3 cups water
3 chopped carrots
2-3 potatoes
1 can tomato sauce
spaghetti or macaroni (to desired texture)

Add all ingredients to a big pot and when it is about done, cut the heat and let simmer. Stir in 1 cup milk, continuously stir so it doesn't curdle. You may add more water if needed.
