1/2 c. dry white wine
1/4 c. dijon mustard
1/4 c. vinegar
1/4 c. freshly chopped tarragon
1/4 c. o;ive oil
2 cloves minced garlic
2 lbs. large sea scallops

Directions:
Directions:
marinate sea scallops in all ingredients for 30 minutes
Put an oiled mesh grill rack on grill grate of heated grill
Drain scallops, throw away the marinade. Sprinkle with coarse salt
Grill until edges are browned and scallops are opaque.
about 3 minutes per side
