1 box graham crackers (leave whole)
2 pkg. French vanilla pudding
4 c. milk
1 (8 oz.) cool whip
1 can chocolate icing

Directions:
Directions:
Place crackers in 9 x 13 inch pan. Make pudding according to pkg. directions. Mix with Cool Whip. Put 1/2 pudding on crackers. Put on another layer of pudding; put another layer of crackers on pudding. Put rest of pudding on crackers. Top with another layer of crackers. Frost crackers with chocolate icing.

Refrigerate 24 hours before serving.
