1/8 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 c. soy sauce
2/3 c. water
1 tsp. ginger
3 T. sugar

Directions:
Mix and cover chops. I use zip lock bags. Place chops in bags and cover with marinade. Put in refrigerator over night or at least 4 hours. Turn bag over and marinate for 4 more hours. This is enough for 8 chops or loins or 6 steaks. Discard marinade. Do not use again.
