2 c. chicken, cooked & cubed
1/4 c. celery, finely diced
1 tsp. red onion, finely chopped
8 seedless red grapes, cut in half
1/4 c. slivered toasted almonds
1/3 c. apricot jelly or preserves
1/3 c. mayonnaise
1/4 c. Mandarin oranges, drained

Directions:
Directions:
Combine the cooked chicken, celery, red onion, red grapes and almonds together in a mixing bowl. Mix the apricot preserves and mayonnaise and add to other ingredients; continue mixing. When all ingredients are mixed well, toss in the oranges. Chill several hours before serving.
