4 or 5 c. cooked chicken (4 breasts or a whole chicken cooked)
8 oz. sour cream
1 can cream of chicken OR cream of mushroom soup (undiluted)
2 T. minced onions

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all the above ingredients and place in 9x13 or 2 qt. baking dish. Top with the following:
1 1/2 c. crushed Ritz crackers
1/2 c. melted margarine
1 T. poppy seed
Cover chicken casserole and bake 350 for 30 to 40
minutes.
