2 lbs. lean ground beef
1 large potato, peeled and cubed (cooked slightly)
1 small onion, minced
1 egg, beaten
1 cup chili sauce (divided)
1/4 cup parsley
1 - 1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. ground or crushed red pepper
1 tsp. margarine, softened

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 500 degrees. In large bowl, stir together meat, potato, onion, egg, 1/2 cup chili sauce, parsley, salt and red pepper. Rub margarine on the meat loaf pan or casserole. Shape into loaf or large patty. Bake 12-15 minutes until cooked through.
Turn oven to broil and broil meat until browned. Top with remaining chili sauce.
