1 CUPS SIFTED FLOUR
2 TEASPOONS BAKING POWDER
TEASPOON BAKING SODA
TEASPOON SALT
2/3 CUP GRANULATED SUGAR
2 EGGS, WELL BEATEN
1/3 CUP WESSON OIL
CUP CHOPPED NUTS (OPTIONAL)
1 CUP MASHED RIPE BANANAS (ABOUT 2 OR 3)

PREHEAT OVEN TO 350 DEGREES.
LIGHTLY GREASE A 9 X 5 LOAF PAN.
SIFT ALL THE DRY INGREDIENTS TOGETHER.
COMBINE THE EGGS, OIL AND MASHED BANANAS.
ADD TO THE DRY INGREDIENTS.
BEAT UNTIL SMOOTH.
STIR IN NUTS.
POUR INTO PREPARED PAN.
BAKE FOR ONE HOUR.
