2 CUPS FLOUR ½ CUP BUTTER 1 ¼ CUPS SUGAR 2 EGGS 2 TEASPOONS SUGAR ½ CUP MILK ½ TEASPOON SALT 2 TEASPOONS BAKING POWDER 2 ½ CUPS BLUEBERRIES
Cream butter and add sugar. Add eggs, one at a time. Sift dry ingredients. Add alternately with milk. Mash ½ cup blueberries and stir by hand. Add the rest of the blueberries and stir by hand. Grease muffin tins. Pile high and sprinkle with sugar. Bake at 375 for25- 30 minutes
