6 c. fresh rhubarb, diced
2 c. sugar
6 T. flour
Topping:
1 c. brown sugar
1 c. oatmeal
1 1/2 c. flour
1 c. butter

Directions:
Directions:
Place first 3 ingredients in sprayed 9x13 baking dish. Mix topping and place on top. Bake 375 for 40 minutes.

I double the topping and I put foil on my oven floor because this always goes over. Cool Whip and ice cream really good toppings when served warm.
