3 c. powdered sugar
2 c. margarine, softened
2 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. almond extract
2 eggs
5 c. flour
2 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. cream of tartar

Directions:
Directions:
Mix the dough together and refrigerate at least 2 hours. Heat oven to 375. Spray cookie sheet. Divide dough and roll to 1/8" thick and cut into shapes. Bake 5 to 10 minutes. Cool on rack. Ice or decorate.

I've also rolled in cinnamon and sugar and pressed with a glass for snicker doodles.
