Crust: 1 egg 1/2 cup sugar 1/2 cup flour 1/3 cup melted butter Topping: 1/4 - 1/2 cup cranberries (other fruit may be substituted) 1/4 cup brown sugar 1/4 cup chopped walnuts
Mix 1/2 cup sugar, 1/2 cup flour together, add 1 egg, then melted butter. Mix well and pat into 8x8 pan. For topping, mix 1/2 cup cranberries, 1/4 cup brown sugar, 1/4 cup chopped walnuts. Pour this on top of crust and bake @ 325º for 40 - 45 minutes.
