10 cups of grated cabbage, 1 cup sugar, 1 lg. green pepper chopped, 2 medium onions, chopped.

Dressing: 1 c. vinegar, 1 T. salt, 2 tsp. sugar, 1 tsp. dry mustard, 1 tsp. celery seed, 1/2 c. salad oil.

Directions:
Layer grated cabbage and chopped onion and green pepper in a large bowl. Mix the dressing ingredients and heat through. Pour over the salad mixture. Cool at least 4 hours in the refrigerator.
