2 c. sour cream
1/4 tsp. garlic powder (or to taste)
1 Tbsp. curry powder
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 green onion, thinly sliced
1 or 2 dashes hot sauce to taste
1 tsp. freshly squeezed lime juice
Kosher salt and freshly ground pepper, to taste

Combine all ingredients. Serve chilled with vegetables, crackers, or chips.
