8 cups granulated sugar
2 tsps kosher salt
2 quarts water
3 tbs vanilla extract

Directions:
Directions:
Combine cocoa, sugar, salt and water in a large saucepan. Bring to a boil and simmer for 1 minute. Let cool. Add vanilla extract.
