Bag of Shredded Lettuce
Bag of Shredded Parmesan Cheese
10 oz. pkg of frozen green peas
1 green pepper
1 purple onion
1 c. of Mayonnaise

Directions:
Directions:
9 X 13 Pan
Layer Lettuce,
Layer lightly boiled frozen peas,
Place sliced onion and peppers on top of pea layer,
Spread Mayonnaise over the top ( you may need more mayo)
Lastly, sprinkle the Parmesan cheese over the
entire salad - heavy or light
Place in frig. prior serving, at least 1 hour.
