1 C Powdered Sugar
1 C White Sugar
1 C Oil (crisco style)
1 C Butter
2 Eggs
1 t Salt
1 t Vanilla
4 C + 1T Flour
1 t Baking Soda
1 t Cream of Tartar

Cream sugars, oil and butter. Add eggs, salt & vanilla and cream. Add flour, soda and cream of tartar. Mix till goopy. Chill at least 1 hour. Roll into balls, coat with sugar.
Bake at 375
8 - 10 minutes until lightly brown. DO NOT OVERCOOK
