Apples (usually a small back of Cortland or Macs)
3 tablespoons of cinnamon
3 tablespoons of sugar
1 cup of flour
1 cup of sugar
1 cup of melted butter
1 egg
cup of chopped walnuts

Directions:
Directions:
Fill 9x9 baking dish 2/3rds full with apple slices. Mix cinnamon and sugar and sprinkle over the top. In a separate bowl, use a spatula to mix together the flour, sugar, melted butter, egg, and walnuts. Spread over the top of the apples. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes to 1 hour.

*Tip: Double this recipe for a 13x9 pan.
