4 eggs
8 oz of shredded cheddar cheese
1 cups of milk
cup of grated parmesan cheese
teaspoon of pepper
cup of diced ham or bacon, or cup of chopped broccoli or other veggie
NOTE: Frozen broccoli or other veggies work well. Let them sit at room temp before adding.

Preheat oven to 350. Mix all ingredients together, and pour into a greased quiche dish (or large pie dish). Cook for 45-60 minutes.
