4 fresh artichokes
6 hard boiled eggs
cup of Romano cheese
4 tablespoons of bread crumbs
1 raw egg
3 tablespoons of olive oil
Garlic salt
Salt & pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Cut tops and bottoms off of the artichokes. Open and snip pointy leaves. Chop the boiled eggs and mix with the bread crumbs. Add cheese and oil, and mix. Add garlic salt, salt, and pepper to taste. Mix in raw egg.

Fill deep pan with water and a few drops of oil to level of pan. Place artichokes in loosely, and cover. Simmer for 1 hour, and then place in the oven at 350 for 15 minutes.
